Job Description

Key responsibilities include ownership of our physical records file rooms, working with legal records file room coordinators around the globe, maintaining information in our matter management system, and assisting attorneys and legal professionals with tasks or projects related to document and records management.Other duties also include supporting various functions of legal operations, performing general administrative tasks, as well as coordinating other legal and administrative matters with business groups.

Job Requirements

• 2+ years of program or project management experience
• Experience with MS Share-point
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level (e.g., pivot tables & charts, multiple criteria lookups, nested logical/IF formulas, data cleansing, array formulas, etc.)Preferred Qualifications
• Records management experience is a plus
• Legal administrative experience is a plus
• BA/BS is a plus
• Comfort with learning new programs and software
• Desire and aptitude for learning new concepts and thinking big to solve problems
• Has experience meeting strict SLAs
