Job Description

Manage a series of Talent Exchange programs that directly interface with public sector customers and bring talent into Google/GPS.Manage programs that provide deployments/assignments into customer environments for customer immersion experiences and accelerated adoption of Google solutions.Lead the summer internship program to ensure that we are capturing talent early in the process for prospective employment upon graduation.Partner with key stakeholders to measure progress of these programs and how these talent exchanges result in new customers and expansion in existing customers.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 5 years of experience in project or program management.
• Experience in the U.S. public sector, security clearances, or personnel compliance management.Preferred qualifications:
• Experience managing large complex projects with multiple players across cross-functional teams with meticulous attention to detail.
• Domain knowledge in the U.S. public sector, security clearances, and/or personnel compliance management.
• Ability to be collaborative within a diverse team setting, and willing to step in and step up.
• High tolerance for ambiguity, and ability to operate with limited supervision and take initiative.
