Job Description

In the role of a Staff Accountant, your primary responsibilities include (but are not limited to):Drive project based accounting system implementation.Perform accounts receivable functions, including invoicing and collections.Oversee and perform payroll processing functions and coding.Manage subconsultant contracts and invoicing.Perform all activities related to the accounts payable function.Perform revenue and job cost analyses.Support senior leadership by forecasting and analyzing financial trends and recommending areas for improvement.Maintain accounting department files and records, including all financial transactions.Coordinate and perform year end FAR audit to ensure compliance with applicable standards, policies, rules, and regulations.Perform other duties as required.Desire to grow as an integral part of management team.
