Job Description

As a Pre-Arrival Coordinator, you will provide prompt and courteous service to both group and leisure guests traveling to the property in a way that meets Hilton's high service standards. Specific tasks of the position may include:Promptly answer incoming calls from both internal and external guests using positive and clear English, as well as connect incoming calls to appropriate departments and handle all reservation / hotel enquiries directlyPrioritize daily room assignments for all incoming guests - make appropriate selection of rooms based on guest needs whilst proactively managing hotel inventoryMonitor hotel's text messaging platform and directly assist with guest's enquiries and requests.Ensure that all guests requests are confirmed, and specific accommodations are pre-assigned, and all requests for special accommodations are met dailyField guest complaints; listen and extend assistance in order to resolve problems such as price conflicts or room concerns, etc.Plan and implement detailed steps by using experienced judgment and discretion

Job Responsibilities
