Job Description

Managers in preparation and update Annual Budgets (January – February) and Quarterly Forecasts (June, September, December) using Excel template and Business Planning and Consolidation ("BPC").Explain monthly variance against Budget/Forecast.Track monthly vendor scheduled payments (including approvals for deliverable or time/materials).Set up, monitor, follow up, and track purchase orders and validate invoicing data.Also, verify contract fee structure is accurate and prepare contract payment worksheets to accompany purchase requisitions.Submit appropriate monthly and annual accruals, approved by Manager and/or Chief Product Owner ("CPO").Review contracts (i.e. schedules or statements of work) to understand impact to budget.Monitor expenses for JRN reporting.
